Broker-Independent Research

Can I use Tide Trader with my broker?

Yes. Tide Trader is a broker-independent stock market scanner and trading report dashboard. You use Tide Trader to organize market context and review report setups, then use your existing broker for live charts, order review, and trade execution.

No brokerage connection is required for the research workflow. Tide Trader does not place trades, route orders, or take control of your brokerage account.

Separate Roles

  • Tide Trader: market context, report organization, entry and exit references, and risk context.
  • Your broker: live quotes, charts, order review, execution, positions, and account records.
  • Your decision: independent research, risk management, timing, and final trade choice.

How It Fits Together

Use Tide Trader alongside the brokerage account you already have

1. Review Market Context

Start with Market Tone, Beach Forecast, and the report lane that fits your review style.

2. Review The Report Structure

Compare entry references, Conservative / Moderate / Stretch exits, Stop Ref, ATR context, confidence, and phase or risk context.

3. Check Current Conditions

Open your broker or charting platform to confirm the current chart, quote, spread, liquidity, and any material news before acting.

4. Make Your Own Decision

Choose whether the setup fits your trading plan and risk tolerance. Any order is entered and managed through your broker, not Tide Trader.

Popular Brokers

Common brokerage accounts people may use alongside Tide Trader

Because Tide Trader works independently, the research workflow is not limited to one brokerage company. A member may use Tide Trader alongside Robinhood, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, E*TRADE, Webull, Interactive Brokers, tastytrade, or another broker that supports the markets and order types the member chooses.

This list is provided only to answer compatibility questions. Tide Trader is not integrated with, sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by these brokers. Broker features, fees, market access, and account requirements vary and should be reviewed directly with the broker.
